Initial Investment and fees

One advantage of our Wheel Perfection 360^® Franchise System is the low cost to get started. You pay an initial franchise fee of $9,500 to us at the time you sign the Franchise and License Agreement.

You will also pay us between $25,000 and $27,500 for the fully stocked, customized mobile trailer you will need to operate the franchised business. We may finance this trailer purchase on favorable monthly payment terms to help you get started. The equipped trailer does not include an appropriate vehicle to haul the trailer that meets our standards which you already have or will need to acquire. We anticipate you may have personal expenses related to training ranging from $1,000 to $2,000 and should have working capital on hand ranging from $1,000 to $5,000 for expenses that arise during the startup phase of your business. That means your total initial investment should range from $36,500 to $44,000 apart from possible vehicle acquisition costs.

You will be charged a monthly royalty fee of 10% starting with the third full month you are in business. We offer a royalty rebate opportunity for franchisees who achieve certain sales levels that can significantly reduce the amount you owe us.

We also offer a billing and collection service to reduce the administrative burden on your business. We charge a 3% fee for that service.

Wheel Perfection 360^® offers a complete package of training, customized trailer, equipment, tools, supplies, sales assistance and ongoing consultation. You are in business for yourself, but not by yourself. Wheel Perfection 360^® franchises are generally owner operators with single unit franchises offering services in a mobile business format, but we will also consider franchisees wishing to invest in multi-unit or area development arrangements.

Hands on

Training

During the initial training period Wheel Perfection 360^® provides comprehensive hands on training to ensure a fast and effective start for your business. Training consist of four days of step by step instruction from our Wheel Perfection 360^® team at our headquarters regarding both technical and administrative aspects of the franchised business. From a technical perspective the training includes wheel straightening, wheel finish identification, aluminum theory, grinding techniques, paint adhesion, paint application and the clear coat process. We then come to you as you start your business for four days of additional training with particular emphasis on making effective sales calls and maintaining customer relationships in addition to a thorough review of all repair techniques and franchise system administrative requirements.

PROFIT POTENTIAL

A Wheel Perfection 360^® franchisee has the benefit of a high margin business when offering repair and refinishing services since the customer is primarily paying for your time given the cost of supplies being used is minimal. Repairs normally will range from $85 to $200 depending upon the nature of the damage and type of finish. An experienced franchisee can repair more than 10 wheels a day if the work is properly scheduled. The franchisee should focus on contracting with car dealers, auction houses, car rental agencies and body shops for business while also servicing individuals that require attention. Focusing on business clients gives the franchisee the opportunity to maximize efficiency and profit potential. This business customer orientation requires the franchisee to become adept at connecting with and then sustaining business relationships.

While the typical Wheel Perfection 360^® franchisee is an owner-operator of a single mobile trailer, a franchisee is free to operate more than that single trailer if the business has grown to such an extent that it can support additional trailers. Wheel Perfection 360^® will also consider granting franchises for multiple areas of primary responsibility and area development rights to qualified individuals and businesses. It should also be noted that Wheel Perfection 360^® will grant franchises to existing, complementary automotive related businesses that wish to expand into the wheel repair business.
